Legal framework
RESOL GmbH is a microenterprise within the meaning of the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG), which implements the European Accessibility Act, and is exempt from its requirements as a service provider. Nevertheless, we voluntarily aim to make our website accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Accessibility status
A full audit against WCAG 2.1 AA has not yet been carried out. The website is therefore currently only partially accessible. We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.
Possible limitations
- Map views in the booking flow may not be fully accessible.
- Some animations and colour contrasts may not yet meet the requirements in every case.
- The AI booking assistant may be usable with assistive technologies only to a limited extent. You can always book without the assistant.
- Third-party content (e.g. the payment form) is outside our control.
