Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of ski and sports equipment made through the BookYourSki platform. The platform is operated by:

BookYourSki acts as a platform mediating between customers and rental partners (shops). The actual rental contract is concluded between the customer and the respective rental partner.

2. Contract Conclusion and Booking

2.1 Booking Process

The customer goes through the following steps when making a booking:

1. Selection of location (shop location)
2. Selection of product category (e.g., ski, snowboard)
3. Specification of age category (child, teenager, adult)
4. Selection of specific products
5. Determination of rental period (start and end date)
6. Optional: Selection of insurance and additional products
7. Entry of contact and billing information
8. Review and confirmation of booking
9. Payment via Stripe

2.2 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon successful payment and confirmation of the booking.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the platform include statutory VAT.

3.2 Payment

Payment is made exclusively online via Stripe.

4. Pickup and Return

The customer must bring a valid photo ID and booking confirmation to pick up the equipment.

5. Insurance and Protection

Insurance can optionally be purchased per product when booking.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

7. Liability and Compensation

The customer is liable for damage to rented equipment that exceeds normal wear and tear.

11. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zell am See, Austria.
